I'm Caroline.

My journey has been one of self-discovery and growth, deeply influenced by my two teenage daughters. From navigating the challenges of a divorce to re-entering the workforce and finding my passion in leadership, every step has been a testament to resilience and self-awareness. Through countless hours of reading, learning, and introspection, I’ve come to understand that greatness lies within us all, waiting to be unearthed through conscious effort and self-love. Leadership became my guiding light during a tumultuous period, helping me rebuild and redefine myself while striving to be a strong role model for my girls. As I reflect on my path, I see that every struggle and triumph has led me here. My mission now is to empower others, especially mothers, to discover and embrace their own greatness. The journey is ongoing, but with faith, perseverance, and a commitment to personal growth, we can all become the best versions of ourselves.

That’s why I created the Mothers Leading Mothers community—a space where we come together to share resources, insights, and encouragement as we strive to become our best selves.
